How to use me

Use twice a day or as desired for period pains. Shake up all the goodness. After bath or shower, apply 1-3 drops to clean fingertips. Apply directly on the mons pubis and labia folds and massage area gently. For extra stimulation, massage on clitoris for 30 seconds. It can be left on or can be rinsed off if extra sensitive or wanting to get used to the product gradually. It can also be applied to inner thigh and bikini area and on the body. Can be used after sex, as it may help prevent bacteria. For period pains, apply on lower stomach a few times a day and external vaginal area when experiencing cramps. Use a few days before and during cycle. It is recommended that you use the oil twice a day for best results.
